Once approved, your aluminum sign is precision cut to shape, professionally UV printed in full color, carefully inspected, packed, and shipped to you.

FULL-COLOR UV PRINTING

Unlike traditional single-color cut metal signs, UV printing allows us to reproduce multiple colors, detailed graphics, illustrations, gradients, backgrounds, photos, and complex logo elements.

This makes UV printed metal especially suitable for colorful business logos and detailed artwork where preserving the look, colors, and identity of your original design matters.

CUSTOM SHAPES

Your sign does not have to be square or round. It can be round, square, rectangular, oval, arched, shield-shaped, badge-shaped, or custom contour cut to follow the natural outline of your logo or artwork.

We’ll adapt the final shape and construction to suit your design while keeping the finished sign practical for production and display.

ARTWORK & COLOR INFORMATION

For the best results, please upload the clearest and highest-quality version of your artwork available. Vector files and high-resolution images are preferred, but professional artwork is not required.

If needed, we may clean up, simplify, or recreate parts of your artwork to prepare it for production. Any significant design adjustments will be shown in your digital proof before your sign is made.
