At To The Closet, all products are made-to-order and customized for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to product defects or fulfillment errors.
However, we understand that issues can happen during production or shipping. If your item meets one of the eligible conditions listed below, you may request a return.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your full refund to your original payment method.
