This is a Made to Order Item. Each stage to create any products is totally assembled and completed by handmade order! These processes start as soon as your order which is placed, and may have a processing time of 7-10 business days before shipping.

This information is based on average processing/shipping time, the total time for a package being delivered is in fact 15-25% faster due to a normal day (not holiday).

Orders that have not arrived within 60 business days of order processing are eligible for full refunds or free reshipment.

Express & Priority Order (Worldwide): Pay extra for additional staff to work on your items and for DHL Express Fee immediately. ( Reduce 60% processing time of the items at the factory ).

When will you receive tracking information on your order?

• 7-10 business days after order processing.
• Tracking numbers will be made available within the specified time frames below and will be automatically sent to you via the email.
• If the tracking status still has not been updated in about 7 days since the last day of the processing time, please urgently contact with the To The Closet Support Team : support@tothecloset.com (Your request will be handled within 24 hours)

Packages Returned To Sender – Wrong Address

Please check your email confirmation carefully, and you should take responsibility for this matter as we allow an order modification within 24 hours.

We are not responsible for losing any package using PO Box and reshipment/refund if a package is returned to the Sender due to wrong address information. If you want to resend the products, we will surcharge up to your orders 50% value.

Lost Order In Unexpected Situation

In those special cases, please contact customer service to follow the instructions and contact the local post office to check your order carefully again.

If your order was lost or stolen after delivery, we will reship the package to you for free under your provided address only one time.

If you don't want us to resend, we will refund you 80% (20% as a handling fee).

Package Returned To Sender

If a package is returned to sender by the shipping courier, we will reship the package to you for free under your provided address. 

If a package is returned to the sender by the shipping courier for the second time, we will reship the package to you for an extra fee (up to 50% order's value).

If the package is returned to the sender and you don't want us to resend, we will refund you 80% (20% as a handling fee).

What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives in my country? What Is A Customs Invoice? 

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Any packages returned due to customs fee not paid, will be refunded minus the cost of shipping and be charged 20% as a handling fee.

Please don't be surprised if there is an invoice with prices different from the price you bought in parcel because that is a symbolic amount. A customs invoice is a document that travels with your parcel and contains information about the items inside your package. The customs invoice is required for customs clearance, and your shipment can leave the country without one.
