At To The Closet, every item is made to order with care and personal detail. Because of this, shipping includes two phases: processing (production prep) and delivery.


🛠 1. Order Processing & Production Time

After you place an order, we allow a 24-hour processing window before moving your item into production. This allows time for file preparation, order review, and — if needed — cancellation (see our Cancellation Policy).

  • Standard, Fast, and Express Shipping Orders:
    Begin production after 24 hours of order placement.

  • Priority Shipping Orders:
    Enter production immediately and cannot be canceled or modified.

Once production begins, it typically takes 7–10 business days to complete your item before shipping.


🚚 2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

Delivery time starts after production is complete.
Below is a breakdown of the total estimated time (processing + shipping):

Express & Priority Orders (Worldwide): Pay extra for additional staff to work on your items and for DHL Express Fee immediately. This reduces production time by 80%.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or local holidays.


🌍 International Orders

We ship worldwide. Customs fees, import duties, or taxes (if applicable in your country) are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in shipping costs.
