Christmas Item Shipping Time

Dear customer,

This is the notification about shipping time for items bought for Christmas gift purposes. ( Please ignore this if you buy items not for Christmas time.)

Unlike other products, our items are unique and print on demand which is only made when a customer placed it on our website, that's why the processing time and shipping time for an item is very long ( Standard: 25-37 days, Fast 15-17 days, Priority 10-12 days ).

So to avoid the package not being delivered before the Christmas time we recommend the customer should use the Express Shipping or Priority Shipping from Nov 25 until Dec 12. From Dec 12 we can not deliver any package before Christmas.

**Please note: Even Priority can not guarantee 100% shipping on time during The Christmas season (Dec 10 - Dec 24).

Please note: We will not approve any refund/return/cancel item for reasons not delivered by the Christmas time which was placed from Dec 10 since this notification appeared. (Public on Nov 26).
